1955 Chevrolet 3100

Here is a 1955 Chevy 3100 truck that is super sharp. In 1955 Chevy built 2 body styles of trucks and this body style was built the later part of the year. This truck is nice. It has a great running 454 Big Block engine with Eldebrock Performer Intake and Eldebroke 4 Barrel Carb. It has headers with great sounding dual exhaust. There twin electric fans to keep it running cool and vintage A/C to keep you cool inside the cab. The engine compartment is clean and looks good. The transmission is a Turbo 350 that shifts out like it should. The frontend has been rebuilt with a Mustang II Rack & Pinion setup so it has power Rack & Pinion steering. It has a 10 Bolt Posi traction rear with 3:73 gears. The gas tank has been re-located to underneath the wood floored bed and the battery as well is in the front part of the bed hidden in an old tool box. The 2 tone paint is sharp and the striping was done right. This truck has always been keep inside. This truck has probably been painted 10 years but don't look like it. Sure there a some small rock chips because the previous owner drive this truck alot. The interior is in good condition with no rips in seat. It has tilt steering. All the gauges appear to be working and all the lights work as well. The previous owner took good care of this truck and loved it alot. The only reason he sold it was because of his health. He fell and broke his back and it was hard for him to get in and out. He never planned on parting with it. It has good tires on it and the wheels are painted as are the bumpers to match the paint. If you want a nice truck to enjoy and get in and go to car shows in this is the one. Don't miss it!! I don't know the exact miles on this truck or the engine but it don't smoke or have any noises. The miles listed is just a guess on my part. The speedo work but odometer don't.
